Our journey started in 2010, buying multifamily properties in the neighborhoods we grew up in. By 2015, we were purchasing homes at foreclosure auctions. In 2018, we went full-time. And in 2020, we shifted our focus entirely to working directly with homeowners — because we realized that’s where we could make the biggest difference.
Steven is a licensed real estate broker with Elia Realty Group, so he knows the market inside and out. Shad is a licensed contractor and our President, with a passion for renovating homes and giving them new life for new families.
