Kyle is our young and energetic Acquisitions Specialist. He meets with homeowners to assess properties and give them fair cash offers and professional advice on what options fit best with their situation. Every home and situation is different, and he strives to help homeowners find the best solution for their specific needs. Kyle strives to be timely, respectful, transparent, and easy to work with for every client.

Manny is a licensed realtor with Elia Realty Group whose friendliness makes it easy for him to build rapport and create long-lasting relationships with homeowners. He loves meeting new people and is always ready to take on new challenges. Manny understands that the homebuying process can be stressful, so he makes it a point to be as helpful, honest, and informative as possible.

Staci is our project manager and the visionary of our team–always keeping up with new trends and implementing them into our projects. Staci keeps track of all our renovations and always keeps an eye out for new ways to innovate the designs in our projects. If there is anything that can be done to make our projects stand out from the crowd, Staci is the one who makes it happen.

Elie is our office admin who handles all our day-to-day tasks and makes sure we always stay on track. He brings his love of music and sports into the office everyday to always liven up the environment. His outgoing personality makes it easy and fun for him to talk to homeowners, homebuyers, and everyone in between.
