Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or will you actually be buying it?
A: We’re not real estate agents, and we don’t list houses. We’re professional home buyers: We buy houses in Massachusetts and New Hampshire that meet our purchasing criteria. After buying your home, we may repair the house and resell it to a home buyer or keep it as a rental ourselves.
Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Many of the houses we purchase are below market value, but we do have a good reason for this — we do this so we can resell the house at a profit to another homeowner. But in our experience, many sellers don’t often expect a large “windfall” on the property. Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: That’s a great question, and regarding that, we’re an open book. Our process is very straightforward. We look at where the house is located, what repairs are needed, how well-maintained it is, and the market values of similar houses sold in the area recently. House values have taken a huge hit in the last 5 years, and most areas still haven’t recovered. We take many factors into consideration and come up with the best fair price that works for everyone!
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?

Plus, the agent’s commission is usually 3-6% of the sale price of your house, so if it’s a $200,000 house, you’ll pay between $6,000 – $12,000 just in commissions to an agent.
